Alex & Brothers Appliance Repair was wonderful from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive on time respectful & professional. Paul was so kind knowledgeable & patient while fixing our washer. He explained everything clearly & made the whole process stress free. They even wore shoe protectors which I truly appreciated. It is rare to find service this thoughtful & thorough. I would absolutely recommend Alex & Brothers Appliance Repair & will be using them again and recommend them to everyone I know.

Had a problem with a 15 year old fridge so I called Alex &Bros. They were able to come out quickly and get the fridge back up and running. It took another visit or two for some parts. Prices were excellent and Alex really seemed to know what he was doing.

I called to help set up a smart thermostat after running into issues the day before. I was fortunate to find someone who could come over the same day and resolve the issue. Alex came over and fixed/set up the thermostat the same day. He is very professional but also very personable and explained the issue to me. I'm very happy with the services and cannot express gratitude with how good a job he did. Especially with the colder weather coming in I'm glad I found Alex. 10/10 would call again for any issues.

Had my Viking Stove top repaired by Alex & Brothers! The igniter switch had to be replaced! It was a 4 day turn around for the part! Anthony was very attentive & replaced the part & also did maintenance on other burners! Very polite & professional! Highly recommend this Company! Parts are what they are$$! Labor was reasonable considering the job!

My fridge ice and water dispenser was sporadically working. I tried fixing some components but couldn't figure it out. The tech arrived on time and diagnosed the issue immediately. The part was ordered and he returned for the fix. Overall pricing was fair and service was outstanding.

We bought a new house with the best appliances.
Installed by a troupe of circus monkeys from what we can tell.
Contacted Alex and Brothers through yelp 5 hours later our dishwasher was fixed and the disposal which was also installed wrong.

I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of my call. They arrived at the scheduled time.
Alex and a brother came to my home and looked at my 1986 gas oven that would ignite but not light the burner. He said it's probably the igniter. He had a new igniter in his truck. He installed it, tested it, explained it, answered all my questions. What great service this was!!! Two other companies refused to even look at the oven because it was so old.

I am VERY happy with Alex & Brothers! I will use them again!
