Alex was responsive and professional. Was able to diagnose the issue immediately. Have another issue with ice maker, will contact them.

My fridge ice and water dispenser was sporadically working. I tried fixing some components but couldn't figure it out. The tech arrived on time and diagnosed the issue immediately. The part was ordered and he returned for the fix. Overall pricing was fair and service was outstanding.

Contacted Alex and Brothers through yelp 5 hours later our dishwasher was fixed and the disposal which was also installed wrong.

I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of my call. They arrived at the scheduled time.
Alex and a brother came to my home and looked at my 1986 gas oven that would ignite but not light the burner. He said it's probably the igniter. He had a new igniter in his truck. He installed it, tested it, explained it, answered all my questions. What great service this was!!! Two other companies refused to even look at the oven because it was so old.

Hired these guys to fix my washer. Their communication was great. They were able to come by the next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement motor, and everything was fixed in a few days. And I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. It was a good experience from beginning to end. I will defiantly be using them for future appliance repair needs.

Need to give a shout out to Alex and Brothers and in particular to Alex. Recently had a microwave go out and called Alex and Brothers- tech showed up on time and did his diagnosis which suggested a part replacement was needed. When Alex came out with part he took the time to check out what he thought might actually be the problem. It turned out the part didn't need to be replaced and Alex was able to fix the problem quickly and at a much lower price. I really appreciate Alex's honesty as he could have gone ahead with the part replacement, charged me more money and I would have had no idea. Thank you honesty!

This is the first time I've had to do a significant refrigerator repair and I trusted yelp to lead me to the right company. Alex & Brothers we're very professional from immediate communications, to showing up on time, to giving me an honest assessment. In this case, after taking apart the fridge and looking for and identifying the problem, the person that came out was very honest and said I don't want to touch this machine as it might still be under warranty so I think you should call them first and then if they can't here is an estimate for what it will cost for us to fix it. I gladly paid the diagnostic fee and really appreciated his honesty.
I appreciated also that they followed up in a few days to see if I had contacted the manufacturer and just to check and see how everything was going.
I never would've thought that my LG Fridge would still be under any kind of since I'm technically the second or third owner in this unit, but after doing some research, I did look up that there was an issue with the LG fridges that were built in my year as well as a class action lawsuit so I figured I would at least give it a try.
Alex & Brothers will be the first people I call from now on when I have any appliances with issues.
